I would take it if you paid me.
It's actually all very simple. We'd like to get it for free. Twenty percent of the street price, perhaps 25, still sounds reasonable. We don't expect that in a store the salesperson will suddenly tell us that we can have this beautiful $1000 item for $200, but we seem to assume that it happens all the time on the web. It doesn't.
