A Pesach cleaning checklist.

What, outside of going through those papers, did I have to attend to? The list really isn't that long, and people who are good at this sort of thing probably wouldn't see it as much of a threat. We had to:
dust each of the rooms
wash each of the rooms
clean the kids' shelves and drawers and put their content in order
beat out the carpets
clean the kitchen
spray the shower and a couple of cabinets against ever-returning mildew
Among the tasks still waiting to be attended to, highest on the list is washing the windows and the shutters, but the excuse of Pesach coming early this year and the weather still being highly capricious and inconstant provides an excuse, as I suppose it does every year.

The strangest part is, of course, that even though we took care of these tasks this year, next year somebody is again going to say that they have to be taken care of.
