I'm sure that there are others who use this Oscar Wilde quote as well. It certainly shows up on the web enough times to justify a claim of popularity. Still, I admit that it's a true favorite of mine. And perhaps it only really came into its own only with the advent of cyberspace. After all, true as it may have been in the past, with the ability to assume "virtual selves" and present them to the world when and as we choose, it takes on new and greater meaning:
