Let's not grieve too much for our lost colleague.
Nichole's troubles are over. Phil has probably already fixed any little embouchure glitches she may have had, and I wouldn't be surprised if Alan and Dennis have offered to take her out for fish & chips after she finishes running through the Reicha trios with Punto and Leutgeb.
If we are to grieve, it should be for those she's left behind - her family and us.
