Organizations tend to have members, and while there are probably many that have a membership of one, they also tend to work toward a stated purpose. If the Boidem has a purpose it's probably more directed toward disorganization, so I have my doubts that it fits into the "organization" category. On the other hand, though there are obvious differences between the Boidem and a dog, one quality the two seem to have in common is the tendency to bark non-stop, often for no discernible, or at least justifiable, reason. So maybe we'll go with that category.
