Who wrote that?

Quite frankly, beyond the rather sketchy picture that I had in my mind of what a guest column might look like, I really didn't know how this column was going to take shape. It was clear to me that the main text would be Larry's (with various edits on my part) and that I'd prance around it with my sometimes relevant, and at other times flippant, links. But when both of us actually plunged into this writing, those original boundaries started to blur. I edited Larry's text, and he commented on my comments, and the whole started to become something tangibly different from two separate parts. Larry, for instance, suggested that the issue of our gmail accounts letting us know that the other person was online was distinctly relevant to the writing of this column, and I found myself not only agreeing, but converting his suggestion into my own words. On some of this column's sub-pages (originally intended only for me) I've noted items that come directly from Larry. But of course there are numerous others where he's distinctly present, and offering input, even if that's not clearly acknowledged. And since what was originally a "guest" column successfully blossomed into a joint column, I suppose that makes sense.
