How much over is "well over"?

Considering that Mosaic was released, if I'm not mistaken, in 1994, even the very first web surfers have been surfing for only about 13 years. I think I can claim at least twelve. That's perhaps less than "well over a decade", but it's hard to go much farther back than that if we're talking about clicking on links in web sites. Of course back then I did some clicking on links in gophers as well, but that was hardly as much fun. And trying to pull rank in this manner is rather pointless - the "skills" necessary to comfortably and adeptly navigate within a web browser are hardly the type that have to be honed over a lengthy period of time. Even teachers can do it.
