Strangely enough, it's happened.
I've actually been asked, about a handful of times, why I'm behind on posting
a new column. Along similar lines, some readers have remarked, upon receiving
the very belated email announcement of the posting of a column, that they'd started
to wonder whether something was wrong. I want to take this opportunity to express my belated thanks to all of these concerned readers.
