Conversion only a machine could love.

It's probably available somewhere, but for some strange reason, I can't seem to find it. When I convert centimeters to inches, or kilograms to pounds, I want a result that make sense to a person, not to a machine. Yes, I know that "sixty-three inches" is "five foot, three inches", and I can make that conversion quite readily in my head, but I'd still like to find a program that gives that "human sounding" result, instead of the accurate, but often fairly useless machine one. And of course that goes all the more so for kilograms and pounds, since knowing how to break up parts of a pound into ounces is quite a bit more difficult than breaking a foot up into inches. It really shouldn't be that difficult to add a button onto these conversion tools with a title along the lines of "give me that in people terms". But I'll still waiting for that to happen.
