Does it?

Having added an additional hard drive to the computer (a year ago) I guess that I've also changed its weight a bit. It's not a significant difference, but to be fully honest, the weight has changed a bit. And that brings up a question which, though certainly not of pressing importance, is one that we should perhaps wonder about every so often. Does a saved file on a hard drive weigh anything? In other words, if we've saved a 200k file on the drive, is there an increase in (let's say) one gram, than before that file had been created and saved? If we throw off 5MB from the trash, does the hard drive lose 20 grams of weight? I won't lose any sleep over this, but it seems to be a valid question, and one to which I've never seen any reference.
