Bruce Schneier certainly has good credentials in the realm of computer security. He certainly knows much more about the subject than I ever will. Before reading it, I expected his article, a sort of ten commandments for safe computing, to tell us that we should be careful what attachments we open and run virus checkers and spyware detecting software regularly. Those are pretty common sense, down to earth tips which any computer owner should heed. Schneier did tell us these things, but much more as well.
