(For the academic year of 2019-2020)

The Department of Nursing at Tel Aviv University seeks an outstanding candidate to fill a full time tenure-track faculty position.

Candidates should hold RN (Registered Nurse) and PhD degrees and have publications in peer reviewed leading journals, published after the completion of their PhD, thus showing their ability to conduct independent research. 

Priority will be given to post-doctorates.

Priority research areas: geriatrics, pain, sociology/psychology of health, pediatrics, oncology and diabetes.

Successful candidates are expected to carry out independent research programs, combined with high level teaching.

Nomination will be according to Tel Aviv University policy and procedures, pending the discretion and approval by the proper academic instances. The academic rank will be determined according to the candidate's qualifications and achievements.

A curriculum vitae with a list of publications, according to the university format*
A brief summary of their research experience including: past projects, current studies (including unpublished research) and proposed research program
A short description of possible topics that the candidate may teach in the Department of Nursing

** Letters from the PhD mentor and post-doctoral supervisor are required
