The European
College of Parma Foundation
The European College of Parma Foundation is a higher education institute which provides academic
training for young graduates coming from European and Non-EU countries on the
process of European integration and community policies.
The European College of Parma was
founded in 1988, under form of consortium by the local administrations and
institutions of the territory of Parma in order to bring Europe
and its policies closer to citizens and especially young people. The College
started its activity by organising activities to
explain the functioning of European institutions and creating a direct contact
with the decision-makers of Europe by
providing a higher education.
The first post-graduate course of the Advanced Diploma in European
Studies (ADES) was inaugurated in September 2003. In July 2004, the European College
of Parma became
a Foundation. The College’s training activities have been expanded over the
years with the introduction of specialist courses seminars and conferences
headed by pre-eminent international personalities.
