Professional Activies

• Founding member of the SIEFUG (Societe Internationale des Etudes de Functionement des Groupes) or in English: International Society for Study of Groups' Activities.
  This association conducted many therapeutic groups as well as group dynamic sessions. I was the co-chairman of the Society with Dr. Jacques Deniau in Paris for five years.

• Co-chairman (with Prof. Noah Milgram ) of the first International Congress on stress during wartime and peace (under the auspices of Tel Aviv, University 1981).

• Chairman of the fourth International Conference on Humor (Tel Aviv, 1984).
  

• Chairman of three international Conferences on Jewish Humor:
  • Tel Aviv University, 1984;
  • New School of Social Research, New York, 1986;
  • Tel Aviv University, 1989;
