• NANDFS, a NAND flash file system; also on Aviad Zuck's home page.
• NGSSD, an SSD prototype (efficient 2-level mapping, host hints, and an iSCSI implementation); also on Aviad Zuck's home page.
• A blocked triangular tridiagonalization (Aasen/Parlett-Reid), written by Gil Shklarski.
• TAUCS, a Library of Sparse Linear Solvers.
• Snap-back pivoting for banded symmetric indefinite matrices, a sparse direct solver. The zip file includes both a fast C implementation and an inefficient but very clear Matlab implementation.
• Inverse iteration for rectangular and non-normal matrices.
  • nulls.m, a Matlab function implementing the algorithm (version 1.0).
• Pivoting incomplete LU factorizations (with John R. Gilbert).
