Eclipsing binary

Description:

Eclipsing binaries are variable stars, in which th light variations are caused by mutual eclipses and transits of binary star. They could be catagorized into three physical types. Contact binary, Semi detached binary and detached binaries. Usualy contact binary has the smallest periods, and for that reason they will be the choise for observations.
