Our laboratory focuses on investigating the protein and membrane interactions and dynamics that delineate intracellular transport processes. We predominantly apply live cell imaging techniques using confocal laser scanning microscopy to gain insight into molecular mechanisms of how secretory membrane transport is coordinated.
