One Day, Philosphy, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Modan Publishing House, Tel Aviv, 2000.

What is philosophy? What is the origin of philosophy? This book attempts to address these questions. However, unlike most literature on the subject, it addresses itself to children first and only then to adults. The connection made here between philosophy and the world of children is not coincidental, rather it reflects my understanding of the essence of the philosophical drive.

The book opens with a question, but the answer it offers is not theoretical, at least not in the ordinary sense of the word. Instead of attempting a definition of philosophy, the book tells a story of a childhood memory. A childhood memory is precisely this "intermediate" area between the world of children and the world of grownups, an area where neither the adult nor the child has a privileged perspective.
