The department of Biomedical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at Tel Aviv University (http://picasso.eng.tau.ac.il/units/biomedical/indexe.html) is on the verge of expansion. The department plays a major role in two identified preferred fields in the University: Brain Research (Brain@TAU) and Biophysics. We are now seeking high level candidates to join us.
Preferred areas of interest are, but not limited to: Neural engineering, Neural prostheses, Ultrasound (both Imaging and Treatment), Physiological signal and image processing, Microfluidics, Robotics, Active drug delivery, Systems biology and biomedical informatics.
Candidates on the short list, as decided by the department, will be invited for presentation and meetings with the faculty.
