"Instead of having flexible galleries for temporary exhibitions, […] I suggested the construction of a giant open space, with a network of foundations and service areas. The artists would create their own temporary exhibition spaces above these. When the exhibition closes the spaces are demolished and new ones are built for the next exhibition."
