Registration Fees include

o        Participation in all sessions and receipt of Meeting material.

o        Three nights accommodation for one person in a double room, 
on full board basis less dinner on the day of the optional tour.

o        Get-Together cocktail.

o        Coffee breaks.

  
Optional Tour

Sightseeing tour of Berlin including dinner and transportation. Price: Euro 35 

 
Remarks

1.       One presenting student per poster.

2.       To submit posters after the deadline, please apply for special approval.

3.       The number of places is limited, and early registration is recommended.

4.       After 1 April 2004, prices will be advised upon request. 

 
Cancellation Policy

Full refund of registration fees (less Euro 50 handling fees) for written cancellation 
Received by the Secretariat before April 15, 2004. No refund after that date.
