Dear
Colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee, I am pleased to invite you to
participate in ZOMES III Meeting on COP9 signalosome, Proteasome
and eIF3: At the interface between signaling & proteolysis, to be
held at Berliner Ring Hotel, Berlin (Dahlewitz) Germany, 9 - 12 May,
2004.
The program will focus on topics listed in General Information. We are looking forward
to discuss recent data on ZOMES-ZOMES interactions, ubiquitin ligase
regulation and ZOMES function in cell cycle control, translation and DNA
repair.
ZOMES III follows the tradition of the ZOMES I and
ZOMES II conferences and
encourages participants to present their unpublished data and to continue our
open fruitful discussion.
We expect the participation of senior scientists, postdocs and graduate
students who are active in the field of ZOMES. As seen in the list of
confirmed speakers, we will bring together for the third time, a diverse set
of scientists for whom this would be an unrivaled opportunity to meet researchers
from outside their narrow fields, yet closely linked by the common biological
pathways they work on.
For this reason, there will be space for an intimate feeling conductive of
informal interactions.
We look forward to welcoming you to an inspiring and memorable meeting.
With best wishes,
Wolfgang Dubiel
Head, Organizing Committee
