There are two different standards for displaying Hebrew on the Web. The older method, known as "visual", is still used by the majority of the Hebrew sites, including this site. However, Microsoft's Explorer follows the newer standard, known as "logical" which in principle allows more flexibility. Both are easily accessible with Explorer 5.5 and above, and Netscape 6 and above. If you cannot see Hebrew correctly, just tune the ENCODING to Hebrew (try “visual” first, then “logical”). If you can’t see Hebrew characters, you may need to download Hebrew support from Microsoft’s site.
