The Raymond and Beverly Sackler International Prize in Biophysics, awarded at Tel Aviv University, has been established through the generosity of Dr. Raymond and Mrs. Beverly Sackler. The research field for 2008 is Physics of Structure Formation & Self-Assembly of Proteins & Nucleic Acids.

The Sackler Prize will be shared equally among the three distinguished recipients. The prize will be awarded to the recipients in person on December 15, 2008. Tel Aviv University is honored to administer the Raymond and Beverly Sackler International Prize in Biophysics, which is intended to encourage dedication to science, originality and excellence by awarding outstanding scientists.
