devoted in the main to issues of Constitutional Law; Volume 9
focuses primarily on comparative and international aspects of Products
Liability Law; Volume 10 includes papers given at the Symposia on
Substantive Legal Theory and Modern Contract Law; Volume 11
is primarily devoted to comparative analysis of Judicial Review of
Administrative Action; Volume 12 concentrates on human rights and
their impact on matters of private law. In 1996, Volume 13 was
released and includes articles dealing with Israel and European
Law; Volume 14 concentrates of environmental Law and Volume

forthcoming in February 2000, focuses on German and Israeli
legal cultures.
