סילבוס תארי הפועל: הבטים סיכרוניים ודיאכרוניים

תארי הפועל מהווים קבוצה רחבה בדקדוק הצרפתי הכוללת בתוכה סוגים שונים של רכיבים. ההגדרות הרווחות מראות היטב שההבחנה בין תארי פועל לבין מילות יחס ואף רכיבים אחרים איננה חד משמעית. בסמינר נבדוק תחילה באיזו מידה ההגדרות הקיימות מהוות בעיה. נבדוק את השינויים שחלו בסוג ההגדרות ובמהותן וננסה לאפיין סוגים שונים של תארי הפועל באמצעות סוגי תפוצה והיקרויות. הקורס יעסוק גם בהיבטים סינכרוניים וגם בהיבטים דיאכרוניים וכן בהתפתחות רכיבים אלה, וינסה לברר אם קיימת שיטתיות בהתפתחות זו

French Adverbs : synchronic and diachronic aspects

Adverbs constitute a large category in French grammar which includes several components. The customary definitions demonstrate the problematic nature of the distinction between adverbs, prepositions, and other particles. Hence, during the seminar we will first question the existing definitions and will try to see to which extent they are problematic. We will examine the changes which occurred in the formulation and in the content of these definitions, and will attempt to distinguish different types of adverbs by their distributions and characteristic appearances. The course will discuss both synchronic and diachronic aspects of the problem. While looking into the evolution of adverbs, we will also try to find out if there is any regularity in this evolution.
