Mexican Government Scholarships

The Mexican Directorate General for Academic and Cultural Affairs of the Secretariat of External Relations of Mexico has informed that the offer for Scholarships of the Mexican Government for Foreigners 2016 is now available, in English and Spanish, until September 15, 2016.
